Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 1839) on the following:

     "An Act relating to mortgage lending, mortgage loan originators,

Representative Millett moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                                
amendment to CSHB 12(L&C), thus adopting SCS CSHB 12(L&C),                                                                      
and recommended that the members vote yes.                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                                                      
amendment to CSHB 12(L&C)?"  The roll was taken with the
